Seoul Signeir Hotel has two Michelin one-star restaurants, French Stay and Korean Bicena, both located on the 81st floor of the hotel. Because I tried modern Korean food at the Hajj Palace, I tried French restaurant Stay in Signeir. The restaurant has high floor heights and can see the sunset view of the Han River. The three double tables in front are the best location for the restaurant. Because the hotel&#39;s executive lounge provides four free champagne drinks for each guest in a happy hour, I specially made an appointment for dinner late. When I arrived at 8 o&#39;clock, there was just a table with the best view. I was lucky to sit in a good location. Dinner only provides two set dinner menus, cheaper main course is salmon, or add 30 thousand beef, more expensive menu is salmon + beef two staple foods, other dishes are the same. The overall menu is good, there is no thunder, except for a beef tata I really can&#39;t eat, the restaurant also immediately changed a vegetable soup, the service is in place. The main dish is cooked beef, not to be missed, so I recommend the set of beef. Tea or coffee is delivered on the dessert, and there are additional chocolates to choose from. However, from a storytelling and pleasing perspective, Stay is not as stunning as the Eatanic Garden of the Hajj Palace. And three of these nine dishes are desserts, which are not as fulfilling as Eatanic Garden. Breakfast is also in this Stay restaurant, very good. The location of the dining table is large enough, the food options provided are very rich, and the products are very good, especially the choice of the cake area is very rich. On a rainy day, I found a restaurant near Langham Hotel in the south of the Yangtze River. I accidentally found this restaurant. The main thing is pork. we have only one target - ricotta hotcakes with banana and honeycomb butter. though it takes time, really worth waiting. each hotcake are very thick and stack up as tall as a small cake. they are golden brown, moist, soft, dense, buttery. rich in flavor and full of aroma we also ordered some drinks and the house made lemonade is good too using a almost 1 whole piece of lemon for 1 drink. it is refreshing and just right sweetness

A friend who studied in Sydney strongly recommended to go with her, Since I miss some fish and chips, I visited with her. To my surprise, there is no fish and chips in Aussi resto. Well. if you say that food is British, ro Scotish, I cannot tell any thing. We ordered drinks first and 2 big plates. Food is served a bit slow but taste quite good. Staff never smile to any guests, do not come to take orders in time, we had to call loudly, do not serve water for the empty cups, when we had to pay, we were first but cashier issued the bill for another guest behind us first. Waited quite long, then never say anything, just put the bill on the table for us to check. When I saad items were OK, and asked separate bills for 2. Very dry and did not asked the question they have to, to the guest before the payment, but never did( I found it out later when I got the reciept). Then I asked a staff at the cashier, then the guy insisted they asked, which was NOT TRUE. It was not big deal but the guy who replied, actually did not check my bill and he does not know if the person who got my credit card, actually asked the question to us or not. But he did not even tried to check with the person in question. It was very very unpleasnat under the atmosphere that all of staff frown theri faces all the time. When I return my head to the hall, it was full and there were long queue for waiting outside of the restaurant even if it is weekday. Food is good, but I am not sure if their service is that much low standard, how it will last. Maybe I am not top class of gourmet, but what is the BIG differences from other western food, in Aussi food? They have business in Asian country, where local people eat western food as a trendy thing. I hope they change their staff&#39;s attitude ASAP for longer business. The staff nver greet guests, never say good-bye either. Unpleasnat brunch I ever had.
